Warranty Terms
The warranty period for PLANET GAMES Guaranteed products is 2 years. (Time control card and some electronic cards also 5 years)
The parts included in the warranty are electronic and mechanical parts.
Changed parts and labor costs are not charged for interventions made under warranty.
The warranty starts on the day the product leaves PLANET GAMES and is valid for 2 years from the invoice date.
No returns and exchanges on products sold. (May vary due to additional contract terms to be made at the time of purchase)
Any unintentional intervention to the products outside of PLANET GAMES or outside the scope of its knowledge will be considered outside the scope of the warranty. Coin readers (coin selector – coin channel) are not covered by the warranty. (this type of products cannot be guaranteed in vending machines all over the world because they malfunction or deteriorate depending on use).
If on-site service is requested,service is provided in return for the service fee and road transportation costs. (In such cases, if the defective part is under warranty, it is replaced free of charge, only the travel and service fee is charged).
When the defective part or machine is delivered to PLANET GAMES central service, the repair service is carried out free of charge and in the fastest way possible in cases covered by the warranty. Otherwise, the cost is notified to the customer in advance, the repair of the product is started on the day the customer makes the repair maintenance payment, and the malfunction of the product is eliminated within a maximum of 7 working days for domestic production products, and the product is delivered to the address specified by the customer’s delivery or cargo shipping. (Shipping and cargo fees, shipping and receiving fees are not covered by PLANET GAMES in any way)
Electronic vending machines cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of exchange and barter is only valid in cases where PLANET GAMES deems it appropriate. All rights reserved.
Aspects Not Covered by the Warranty:
The warranty given by PLANET GAMES does not cover any malfunctions caused by misuse of the products or problems arising during transportation and similar errors in use.
Damages and malfunctions caused by natural disasters, water contact, malfunctions during transportation and handling, improper use, improper installation, unloading, unloading, transportation, low or excess voltage, use of ungrounded sockets, faulty electrical installations cannot be covered by the warranty,
Our machines are made of 100% iron, so the parts broken as a result of forcing or intentional breakage of the game machine equipment cannot be covered by the warranty. If the products are found to be broken as a result of defective manufacturing, then the warranty conditions apply and free replacement is provided.
Elements such as malfunctioned, broken, burnt as a result of contact liquid or foreign objects entering the products such as coin channel (coin reader) from outside.
